Our company, which operates on Shelf Systems, established Dolunay Shelf Systems using the latest technologies in Ankara in 2006, and after serving the shelf sector for 3 years, it changed its corporate identity and became Depota Raf Sistemleri İnş. Imp. Ihr. Singing. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. With its title, it continues to serve its customers in the shelf sector in Ankara.
Our company has aimed to grow continuously in order to provide better service to you, its customers, and has supported these goals with new investments. Among their growth targets are; It started production in a larger area of 3.500 m² at its new address, accelerated production by investing in new machinery, certified its products with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate and branded its name.
All of our products are produced in our Turkey factory with domestic and national resources.

The choice comes down to three things: the weight of the load, the size of the goods, and how they are handled — by forklift or by hand.
In most warehouses a single system is not enough; different types are used together in different zones. The right combination is decided during the site survey.
The difference lies in load capacity and in how goods are handled. Heavy duty racking is designed for palletised loads; its beams are produced from NPI profile and the system is worked with a forklift. Light duty racking is for boxed goods handled manually; it consists of shelf panels and box profile beams, and can be installed in narrow areas.
The decision follows the weight per bay and whether that load is placed by forklift or by hand. Both can also be used together in different zones of the same warehouse.
Price cannot be quoted per square metre, because two systems installed in the same area can differ widely in capacity. The main variables are the system type, load capacity per bay, upright height and section, sheet thickness, the number of bays and levels, and the scope of installation.

Depotaraf has been producing in its own factory since 2006. Because production is in-house, non-standard dimensions can be resolved at the project stage, and when a system is later extended the additional parts come from the same production. All parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint.

Unused volume in high-ceilinged warehouses can be turned to account in two ways. Mezzanine shelving systems add an intermediate floor and increase usable area; because the system is modular it can be dismantled and reinstalled. Alternatively, increasing upright height and the number of levels in heavy duty racking stores more pallets on the same footprint.
Which one fits depends on ceiling height, column layout, and the height your handling equipment can reach.
Long and bulky materials are stored on cantilever rack systems. Arms can be single or double sided, the run of columns can be extended to any length, and the arm layout can be changed later without special tools.
Arm length follows the width of the material, while arm spacing depends on whether the material flexes: rigid goods such as pipe and profile allow wider spacing, whereas timber and sheets need closer spacing. The right layout is decided during the site survey using a sample of the material.
The process starts with a site survey: warehouse dimensions, ceiling height, column spacing and the goods to be stored are recorded. A layout plan is then drawn up and the quotation is based on that plan. The system is produced at our own factory and installed on site by our own team.

Yes. Steel racking systems are bolted and modular; because uprights, beams and shelf panels are produced in standard sizes, new bays can be added to an existing run and level heights can be changed as needs change. If the warehouse layout changes, the system can be dismantled and reinstalled elsewhere.
For that reason it is worth allowing for expected growth, not just today's requirement, at the project stage.
